NATURAL AND SYNTHETIC SINGLE CRYSTAL DIAMOND CUTTING TOOLS
Instead of following other manufacturers in their traditional production method, Technodiamant developed an entirely new concept for polishing the radius and the top (table) of the cutting tools.

These in house developed machines enables Technodiamant to produce tools, for very special applications, with a waviness on the radius of less than 30 nm. Each radius can be manufactured with either a cylindrical or conical clearance angle. The cutting tools are used for ultra-precision manufacturing of for instance lenses (contact as well as intra-ocular) polygons, laser optics and special optical drums.
