Blades
These blades are produced with a mixture of special metal powder and first class diamond powder. Because of Techno-diamant's manufacturing process, the blades are very rigid and are high wear resistance. As with all products the Technodiamant blades stands for high accuracy on inner and outer diameter as well as the required parallelism.
The metal-bondslicing/grooving blades finds its application in the ceramic, optical, monocrystal ferrite and semi-conductor industries. The several bond systems in combination with certain concentrations of diamond archieves the desired cutting quality.    |
